Join theCrew
Good pizza takes a good crew.
We're always keen to hear from people who show up, care about the customer, can work as part of a team and aren't afraid to get stuck in when it gets busy.
Whether you've worked in hospitality for years or you're looking for your first proper job, tell us a bit about yourself and when you're available.
Takes around 5-10 minutes.

02 / The honest tour
What's it like?
Friday night: ovens at full tilt, dockets stacking up, someone's playlist carrying the kitchen. It's fast, it's warm, it's loud - and when the rush breaks, the crew eats first.
The less shiny truth: it's a real job with real training. You'll learn the ovens, the counter and the close properly. Nobody gets thrown in the deep end, and nobody gets stuck doing the worst job alone.
the rush is the fun part.
No big egos.
Just a good crew getting it done.

Who we're
looking for
You don't need to know everything on day one. You do need to care about doing the job properly.
Experience helps / Attitude matters
01
People who show up.
Reliability beats raw talent every single week. If you say you'll be there, be there.
02
First-jobbers.
Never had a job? Good. A keen attitude covers a lot, and we'll teach you everything else - ovens, counter, close.
03
People who like people.
Half this job is the counter and the phone. If you can chat to a stranger, you're already ahead.
04
Team players on the loud nights.
Friday rush is a team sport. Keep your head, back your mates, ask when you're not sure.
05
Locals.
Singleton and around. Still at school? Fine by us - we roster around school, sport and study.
Your turn
Tell us about you
There's no need to overthink it. Give us the basics, tell us when you can work and let us know why you think Singo might be a good fit.
We won't always have a spot open on the day you apply - but we're always happy to hear from good people, and we keep applications on file for when a shift comes up.
